Lloyd — Extremely pathetic customer service | |||
Unfortunately i bought a Split AC of Lloyd. Since March end this year, have been calling them to do the servicing (with summer approaching). Till date, all i have received are false assurances on call. The company has zero regard for the customer. Once you buy their product, you might as well go to hell. They don't care. I kept calling them and they kept telling me that a staff will come. Their Area Manager, another incompetent staff, Shvetanshu also promised the same. Their UP Head, Pankaj Agarwal's phone is either busy or he won't take my call. When i messaged him, i got a reply after 2hours that he can't talk. If you are selling the product, who is responsible for the after sales service? I had to get someone from outside to do the servicing and shell out extra money. Full of blatant lies!!
