It is highly disappointing that inspite of brand name of Lloyd, the kind of product and services provided to customer is worst.
Faulty Product : 1 X Lloyd 1.5 Ton Inverter 5 Star LS18I53ID Split AC (White)
Purchased in end Mar 2019, stopped working just after few days. It is showing 'E1' error. On 16 May 2019 reported complain which has not been addressed till date (11 Jun 2019). The complain was handed over to Universal Service Center.

After numerous calls from our side, 2 times executive came but couldn't resolve the issue. Universal cancelled the report without informing us. The people at Universal are not picking up the phone calls.
To extend the pain any time we call Customer Care have to give same information again and again.
No one is ready to give Senior person number to address the issue.
It's highly dis-satisfactory that after spending high amount of money on product neither I got good product nor service.
I request an immediate action from Llyod's side for rectification / replacement of the product Was this information helpful? |
