Lloyd — Getting worst service from worst product | |||
I purchased a fully automatic top load washing machine on 18/3/2021. My registered mobile number is [protected]. Within 2 months it got not working so I made a service request 3 times and your service engineer only came once and said we will replace the part which will take 1 week. But it's now been more than two months since neither the service man came nor he is picking up the phone as well. Even i took follow up with dealer then again same service person came with no equipment's to open the machine and see the problem . So he said we will come tomorrow with equipment or might be in next to next Monday. I am not sure whats wrong with them. Initially they said some part needs to replace but later they said we have to investigate. Also they don't have issue escalation contact on there site or even customer care people also don't know how to raise complaints to there higher authorities. Was this information helpful? | |||
