I had purchased a lloyd split a/c 1 ton on 09.03.2018 from melco electrical and home world, kanniyampuram, ottapalam, during february, 2019, water from a/c started falling inside the room and a complaint was booked through our dealer on 22.02.2019 with service centre at pattambi. After this date, my all other activities had to be suspended due this a/c.. I used to receive call from service centre saying that technician will come today morning or evening. Though one or two technicians came and repaired the a/c., the problem was not solved. After that, on 02.03.2019, the whole unit was taken to service centre, as all of them were not able to identify the problem and suspected some manufacturing defect. Till this date, the ac has not been returned after repair.. This is very bad situation. I really feel that you have supplied a substandard product which i request be replaced with a new one.
