Lloyd — I was sold an inoperative account | |||||
I purchased an AC from a dealer and they sold me an inoperative AC . Tehnician came to my home to install it and he said that the AC was inoperative and he talked to the dealer about it. Later the technician and dealer made a commitment that the AC would be replaced within the week . it has been more than two months but they have not replaced yet and AC is not working. I am feeling cheated and customer service of lloyd is ###, they are uneducated and uncivilized people. nothing is working for me i am helpless and cheated 50, 000 for an inoperative AC. i have filed a complaint in COnsumer FORUM but that also didnt work .
