On 31st Oct 2022 i had raised complaint for LLOYD LED TELEVISION 50" panel issue. After 15 days complaint got closed with remarks panel replaced. An Engineer from Freeze Zone visited my house on 1st Nov and inspected the TV, post that there is no follow-up and complaint was closed without any solution.
When i called Lloyd customer care they again raised a fresh complaint. Another engineer visited, inspected the TV and assured that TV will be replaced. More than 25 days has passed and still there is no solution.
This is the works customer service ever i had received in my life, really not expected from brands like Havels Was this information helpful? |
