[Resolved]  Lloyd — lloyd ac complaint

I purchased LLoyd Inverter 1.5 ton ac Model No.LS18I31AF on 13th May 2018 Installed on 16th May 2018 from Sri Venkata Ramana Agencies Sullurupeta Nellore dist Andhra Pradesh. Since then the cooling effect of the unit is not satisfactory, as it is not giving Sufficient cooling effect even in the small room of dimension 6 x 10 inches.A complaint is given to the customer service.Two persons attended, at cooling effect is not improved.it is very Painful to submit that the product is selected through net after observing the features of the set, but we are very much disappointed with the performance.Hence we are request do needful early either by improving the performance or replace the unit.
