Lloyd — Lloyd Fraud - AC is not working since 10 jun and customer care is not supporting | |||
Hi, I bought Lloyd Split Inverter AC with 5 year warranty and 10 year compressor warranty since 15th Feb. 2015 from Anil Electronics showroom in Shahdara, Delhi. AC is not working. Engineer visited but not solved the issue . My product is under warranty. He told me, your AC purchase date is different as per record. Product is out of warranty. I already told him, This AC bought at 15 feb 2018. I have bill and you can call to Lloyd company also. According to company i have bought the AC since 15 feb 2018. They don't want to do without money. Product is in warranty then why i will pay the amount. Seriously Lloyd is worst company. I am very very disappointed about the way or service which given by your end and I humbly request you to kindly do the needful on urgent basis. I shall be very thank full to you.
