I bought a LLOYD 39” LED TV from Rasmi Connect on 17th Sep 2017 2019 with fiveyears warranty. Now the panel of the TV has gone and registered a complaint on 9th September 2021. After that a technician visited at our house and confirmed that the panel has been gone and he gave the assurance that either company will replace this panel or will provide a new TV. Even after more than 21 days of time no response has been received to us regarding the complaint. The spokes with LLOYD customer care once in 2 days and they promised that a senior authority will call and provide solution. It’s been more than 21 days now without solution for our concerns. So, I’m requesting an immediate action on this. I hope LLOYD is not concerned about the complaints for the products sold already. Was this information helpful? | |
