Lloyd — Lloyd TV Service Parts not Available | |||
I purchase a Lloyd LED 40" TV in November 2016 and for two months Llyod customer care is saying we will check for parts now The service team informed me that they have discontinued this model and the service parts for this product is not available. Instead, they will calculate the depreciation value of the TV, and I can buy a new one by for 10000 rs I have to buy a new TV from them at the MRP value. They are refusing even to consider a DEALER PRICE. Even if I buy a new TV, after 3 years if it went wrong, they will picture the same story and will ask me to buy another Lloyd TV. This is a truly unfair sales business I have ever heard. The short production of service parts is not Customer fault. The company must understand that a customer must receive continuous support from them or we will simply refuse to opt it and will go for other brands. There are many pioneers out there in the market. I raised my complaint against Lloyd to fair treat their customers and to warn about products from such companies who opt to buy from them. Was this information helpful? | |||
