Lloyd — New Air conditioner issue - wasting warranty period

Unfortunately I bought llyod ac on July 1 2020. It ran for 1 week and started getting problem. getting E6 error code. I have raised complaint for 2 times and with 2 times technicians came with new part and but unable to fix problem. Is llyod practice to time pass warranty period and end up customers in not using products.
