[Resolved]  Lloyd — Non-redressal of Complaints of Split Air Conditioner

I brought a split a.c last year. A.c was showing F-9 error. I called customer care multiple times and lodge a complaint. A mechanic was appointed by the company to visit the side. mechanic created a job sheet of faulty part of A.C. It has been almost a month neither spare part is available nor my complaint is resolved by the LLYOD. They used trick that they always closed old complaint and create a new one. Almost 5 to 6 times they created new complaint on their own. Moreover the mechanic is also denying to provide service.
I am enclosing all the complaint number and bill of mechanic

visit charge bill no. 2373 dated 31.05.21 of Rs. 580/-
I want either my ac repair or get it return. Because i dont want to use the pathetic product of this company which does not value customer satisfaction.
