Lloyd — Not solve my complaint and fake update

I complaint (complaint no.[protected]lloyd cutomer care for my ac breakdown on 12/6/2021 but no enggineer or technician call me or not visit to my home till now i complaint again to customer care they said your complained is closed our technician repair your ac the service centre fake update to company I registered complain again to customer care on 15/6/2021 they said our technician contact you till evening but still not contacted me and not visit my home to repair my ac
