Sub: very poor service for lloyds led tv 24” inch (In warranty/guarantee period) I, bharatbhai kotiya, purchase lloyds tv 24” inch led tv model: gl24hobocf with 1+2 = 3years warranty from your lloyds tv dealer “shivam enterprise” veraval, dist: junagadh (Gujarat) My complaint no:[protected], (2),[protected],[protected] Sir, i have made first time complaint no:[protected] dt.03.09.19, your concerned executive visited at my home location, and final decision for ”replacement ” but after that till today 02. Nov.19 (About 2 month) there is no any solution. Whenever i asked to your customer representative on phone & local seller, every time told me that give me 3 to 4 days for approval & transportation time for replacement., After few days when i try to talk to your concern/ representative they made again & again new complaint no. I. E.[protected] dt. 26.09.19,[protected] dt. 04-10-19, so i am very confused and very strange to know about your “lloyd/ havels brand” customer solution policy.
