[Resolved] Lloyd — Rusted LLyod Board | |||
I have registered complaint (complaint id[protected] with LLoyd customer service on date 10th May 2014, as my LLoyd TV was not showing any picture. Upon which LLyod technician called up on mobile and said your board has gone and need to be replaced without visiting site. He did this analysis based on his experience. For fist 15 days nothing happened as they were saying we are waiting for board as it is not available. Then they started saying company has stopped supporting old models so board will not be available. They gave us option to go for higher model by paying some more money. To which I am not ready as I have already saw their customer service. Today(6 July 2014) after almost 2 months LLyod technician came after so much follow up. He came with board whose metal parts were rusted. Upon inquiring where warranty card for this part he said he will provide receipt which will act as warranty card. That bill was printed one without bill no. What kind of service is this, first you keep waiting customer for 2 months after which you are giving rusted part with warranty on printed bill that too was not from Lloyd but some local agency. That part ealrier have cost me 3500 and now again i have to pay same amout Please help me to resolve this issue. Was this information helpful? | |||
