The washing machine which is purchase on 11/01/2019 vide bill no.1112. The machine was breakdown twice in 7 month. I made the complaint on 03/08/2019 vide no.[protected] through the customer care. The concerned official visit and unable to repair due to non availability of the motor. I again made the complaint the give me the no. Of the engineer mr gurvinder [protected]. The same person again give the no of the another person to contact mr sunny no,.[protected] to solve the issue. I also made the complaint on the web portal [protected]@lloydmail.com twicely but no body attend the same
