Dear sir, I am the customer of lloyd ...in march i. Have purchased Ac ...4 days past i have faced technical problem in my Ac ..for that i have raised the complain ...your maintenance team have come in my home and take the part of Ac ...he said at the time of pickup of part of Ac within 12 hours your problem will resolve but still now 4 days over ...he is not responding over my call and msgs...my ac in gurantee periods 16 march 2021 i have purchased that...your repairing person contact details is:- Name:- soyab contact no:- [protected]...i have called him so many times he said talk to my manager ..nothing in my hand ...manager name is: ravi kumar contact no- [protected]... I have called him he always give me a silly reasons... Your maintenance person take Ac display card and mother board take with for maintaince and he has charged 500/- rs for charges Please take a hard step agianst it and reslove my problem..either be return my parts...i will matiance by outside person..
