My Lloyd Split Convertor AC 1.5T suddenly shows E6 Error and cooling stops on 5th May night. Raised the complaint on 6th May morning through Reliance Digital from which I bought in Oct' 2023. After repeated follow up, with great difficulty to reach the rouge Customer service, the technician attended today i.e. 8th May at 8 pm without any details of the complaint, which is clearly given on the complaint a E6(as can be seen on the attached WhatsApp screenshot). diagnosed as pcb problem and need to be replaced. Collected the KKG code saying without which the part cannot be booked. Also said the part may take 7-8 days depending on the availability. This kind o[censored]nprofessional customer service of the
