I am dr. dharam singh meena would like to share this feedback about newly buy product and support you provided for services.
I recently purchase llyod split ac on recommendation of friend and due to low cost. but now i am realise this as my wrong decision.
Firstly, it is difficult for me to understand how in brand new ac, pcb and transformer became faulty in spite of having best and good electric support and backup.
Secondly, in spite of registering complaint with complaintid is: leel[protected],. i am not getting any solution since 23rd of july, its almost 7 days. today i received call from your third party engineering support provider that this two parts are not available. tell me what should i do in this case, whose mistake is this. might be it's my mistake that i purchased your product.
Another interesting thing, no one bother to attend my calls except your customer support number even your area service head and secondary party mr umesh and his team of brt enterprises.
I need solution of my complain to get resolve upto sunday in any case, other wise i would like to raise this in consumer forum. if you this spare parts is not available, replace my split ac with brand new split ac. Was this information helpful? |
