Lloyd — Split AC New Indoor Machine Issue & Worst Technician

I have recently purchased a Split AC on 30/April/2023 from a showroom at Railway Kodur, Andhra Pradesh. Our place is a village and so the AC technician said he will come next day for installation. They cam after 2 days for fixing it. The appointed technician sent another mechanic for installation. This i came to know after the new technician arrived at my place. They fixed the AC on 3rd May 2023. I used for one night later I didnot use the product as i am out of station. On 7th May I tried using the product but no cooling only fan runs, so i called to the same technician who asked me to call him if any issues after installing. He didnt turnup on same day, after 2 days the technician came back and checked stated its a manufacturing defect in the Indoor machine. Its a brand new piece and they said there is a issue in the Inner machine and will get replaced after reviewing with the company. How can i buy a defect product for 43000Rs? I said i dont want that product better replace completely if you cannot do it. I called the showroom and gave a complaint. after 3days they said its fixed. But on the same night when we started using found there is a water leakage in the Indoor machine where they fixed. So do they think customers are fool to accept a defect product. You sold it to me as a brand new prduct and after installation within a day so many issues and how can you think that customer can accept such a defect product. I am completely not satisfied with the service. Technician is a worst person no matter what we ask he is really person like running the complete LLoyd company. Though we understand its a rural area so for all the surrounding villages there will be a common technician but with this advantage this guy his name is SYED IMRAN BASHA who is a technician for most of the brands in our surrounding areas. Its a Kadapa district but Railway Kodur is the town from where this guy is working for LLOYD company. First you should fire this kind of person from your company. Becoz of this person company name spoils. This person is not very much sincere to his work. I raised 2 complaints via Customer Service but he closed them saying i didnt respond the call. When there is a issue how can i be without answering a call.. again next day i spoke to him when i missed to answer his call but the guy is a lier. no very much truthful to his work. He asked me to accept his mistake and convincing me to agree for accepting a new indoor machine. I am not satisfied and want my complete refund. Taught this a good product but defects found on new products and there technicians are very poor. Not happy with there service. would be good if someone can call and resolve this.
