Dear lloyd team Your service is very poor So we can not purchase again any products from lloyd and we will advise to all my circles, he will not purchase lloyd product because. I generated the service request before 6 days but no one person came here. I faced same in last year or last week, one person came to my home but without inspection he left from home. Froma last 5 yaers use ac of Lloyd but in 5 year 3 to 4 times gas leaking problem, Cooper tube pin hole in indoor unit, water drop from indoor unit, cooling problem. After this type of problem when I dicuass with Lloyd they are saying your unit is folty.i required to Lloyd pls give me replacement...
