I have logged the complaint of my lloyd split ac last month for not doing the cooling.
Lloyd technician visit on 19th Mar'23 refill the gas.
Issue recurred again and I logged a new complaint on 14th April Lloyd
customer representative informed me that within 24 to 48 hours
technician will come and resolve the issue.
After waiting for 48 hours I called Lloyd customer care on 16th April
again because there was no contact made by the tech I talked to almost
20 different people of Lloyd customer care and no one was able to help
everyone repeating the same script that technician will come in one
hour, we will arrange a call back, your issue has been escalated, we
are sending the email to mail room, we are sending reminders etc.
On 16th April in the evening around 4:30 PM two technicians showed up
at my doorstep wearing the uniform of Llloyd Havells. They opened the
indoor unit and started working. While working they asked us to show
the previous bill. After checking the bill they refused to refill the
gas stating that previously issue was resolved by Noida Cool Point
Vendor and they are from Digi Cart and left without resolving the
issue.
I almost talked with 15 to 20 (Ravi, Khushi, Rachana Kaim Floor Supervisor,
Vijaya Floor Supervisor, Pawan Kumar Rachna's manager, Karan, Lalit Kumar Sr. Advisor employee Id - 3157329,
Prakash Singh dont remember the name of all and no once was able.
Pawan Kumar manager of Rachana Kaim, promised me that technician will visit today on 17th April'23 before 12 PM. I waited for another one day and still there is no solution. Now when I am calling the customer care they have no answer and they started disconnecting my call.
