[Resolved] Lloyd — Split Inverter AC 1.5 Ton
I have purchased the Inverter split AC from Reliance Digital. I am facing P4 error in my SPLIT AC from last 3 months and its not yet resolved. I have raised around 10 complaints but issue is still coming. In my last complaint they agree to replace the out door unit but now they are denying to replace. Worst ever service they are providing and loosing the customers. They also not providing there senior manager details and not understanding customers problem. Also when we raised a complain they provide some code which we need to provide technician after problem resolved so that they can close the ticket. But they are closing without customer approval because i do not provide that code and did not sign any where. Please do not buy LLyod product as they are providing worst service and no customer satisfaction. Now i need help to replace my unit on which they agreed.

They visited multiple times and still problem is not resolved. Recent ticket which I opened is 1310206709804. No one is supporting now.
