Hi,
I had logged complaint[protected] for inverter ac. At the time of engineer visit, i didn't find the invoice copy and hence, i had paid rs. 2000/- as a advance deposit to get the pcb repaired. Later, i had found the invoice copy and same shared with service center, ac is under warranty. All repair work completed under warranty, complaint has been closed but the deposited amount i. E 2000/- still not returned. I have sent email to [protected]@mylloyd.com but no-one is responding.
If they don't want to return, i am also okay but they should respond with the reason.
Nowhere escalation matrix is mentioned, guess that is the reason they are behaving such a way.
