Lloyd — Tipping water problem

Recent We had 2-3 problem on my Lloyd Air Conditioner 1.5 Ton many time i had humble requested to customer care & local dealer to get solution problem of my AC still water tripping from AC really we are tired with services level what we acceptable from lloyds Company please help us for our problem

we have warranty but unfortunately seriously services really not good
