Lloyd — to replace the defective piece | |
Dear cc lloyd One 1.5 tonn ac was purchased on 21.8.16 of model no. 1.5 tr sac ls19aa3 (3s) from ganpatiplaza, vaishali, sector 4 in the name of ms suman saxena. This was a split ac. To inform you regarding the product, i have worst experience till today.in the very first year something inside the ac was burnt and we had to pay rs.2500/- for the service. Then last year also i paid rs550/- and yesterday (15.4.19) also i paid rs.550/-. All the services were very far from my satisfaction level. Now yesterday your executive said that there is gas leakage and something has burnt inside which why smelling. He asked for rs 3500/- for gas filling with one month guarantee. My questions needs to be answered on most urgent basis are as follows: 1. Why lloyd being a big brand endorsed by sri amitabh bacchan, has a very short life while other company's product has at least 20 to 25 years of life without any complain. We also uses other brand which do not have any drawbacks. 2. Why should i pay so much every time of your unskilled executives visits. 3. Why should i be a victim of your anti consumer attitude. 4. Why should not i de advertise the brand on each and every social media about my worst experience after all business is all about word of mouth. 5. Why this defected piece was supplied to me. Further i would suggest you to replace this defected piece with brand new and try to keep the satisfaction of consumer. Awaiting for a speedy reply.
