Lloyd TV — Lloyd TV Service Parts not Available | |||
I purchase a Lloyd LED 24" TV on June 2011. The TV was working fine till last month. It was not powering up and I put service request in Lloyd. The service was carried out and power board was replaced at 2200 Rs. Even after its been replaced the complaint persisted and I had to raise a complaint again. The service team informed me that they have discontinued this model and the service parts for this product is not available. Instead, they will calculate the depreciation value of the TV and I can buy a new one. The depreciation is calculated 20% per year. For 3 years they calculated 60% depreciation!! I have to buy a new TV from them at the MRP value. They are refusing even to consider an DEALER PRICE. Even if i buy a new TV, after 3 years if it went wrong, they will picture's the same story and will ask me to buy another Lloyd TV. This is a truly unfair sales business I have ever heard. The short production of service parts is not Customers fault. Company must understand that a customer must receive continuous support from the them or we will simply refuse to opt it and will go for other brands. There are many pioneers out there in the market. I raised my complaint against Lloyd to fair treat their customers and to warn about products from such companies who opt to buy from them. Was this information helpful? | |||
