Lloyd — tv not working | |||
I took lloyd’s tv 15 months back. Suddenly the screen went black and i requested for service, the showroom guy said the back light part has gone. Such a worst quality tv your company is selling. Within 15 months it came to repair. Now we have asked for the replacement of that product and it’s been more than 10 days, we haven recived any service & still my tv is not working. When i am taking to area manger he is asking to go consumer court as he is not at all responsible. Such a worst service i never had in my life, definitely i will go to consumer court. I paid 1440rps at koushik electronics.. Cuddalore.for one llyold AC remote.. As u directed... But they r not responding... What to do... Worst llyold service...i have been calling for 10days..no response... So if there is a problem in my order... Tell them to repay my paid amount...
