Lloyd — Under Warranty Washing Machine then also asking Visit charge

I purchased LLoyd washing machine on 30th Oct 2017, it is still under warranty (6yr on Motor) nowdays its spin motor giving problem, raised a complaint regarding this but the mechanic called and asking me Rs 650/- as visit charge. Then what is the use of Warranty?
