[Resolved] Lloyd — Very Foolish Service of LLOYD and THIRD PARTY
I have booked a complaint for my LLOYD WINDOW AC which was bought two months ago.
My ac is automatically turning off after a minute for which i have booked a complaint with LLOYD Costumer Care no#[protected] on which a Lady have booked a complaint for my AC and she told me that someone will call me from technical team.
I was waited.. waited.. waited..
Than again after 2-3 hours i made a call to costumer care and she again told me that they have given reminder to the concerned and they will call me till evening.
I again start waiting.. waiting... and waiting..
At last i have made them a call after 4 hours and she told me that person will call me till 18:00hrs..
Than the costumer care number is off duty.
Now am waiting... We all in family faced temperature issue due to non-working ac.. Baby sleeping with lot of sweat.
Now second day finally i have received a call from Havells (Third party Technicians of LLOYD) and he told that he have just received my complaint.
Is it a joke..
Now my AC is working because i have met with a local engineer of AC and fixed the issue..
This is called warranty/guaranty given by LLOYD.
That's really pathetic service. I request you all... DONT BUY LLOYD.
NO ONE WILL BE THERE FROM COMPANY IS SOMETHING WILL HAPPEN WITH YOUR
