This is regarding service request no:[protected].I have a concern my AC is in warranty period and still service center took visiting charge from me.Can you get this escalated and return that amount from service centre.
They are also giving me fake promises since 21st Aug'23 that the cooling coil part will be delivered and installed 100% on 22nd Aug'23 and then again saying 100% it will be done by 23rd Aug'23 though they are unsure of the fact that they will get the part delivered.
This is really harming the Lloyd brand and losing trust of the customer.Can you take a look at it and assist in getting the issue resolved asap. Was this information helpful? |
