Hello sir, I am a customer of lloyd, purchased a split ac. Ac model no. Ls19a3af. Request no. Is[protected] Registered a complaint regarding non cooling of ac on 21.03.2018, engineers named krishan visited and repaired my cooling pipeline. Again same problem occured on 22.4.2018 I registered a complaint on 24.04.2018 Engineers visited on 27.04.2018. They said that cooling coil is damaged and need to replace the cooling coil. I asked them till when the problem will be solved, Engineers answered that "part is not available with company and we dont know how much time would it take". Phone no. Of engineer is [protected] I asked enginners for their id proof of lloyd, they denied to give. They were repeatedly asking for kkg code only. Then i talked to the area service head Mr. Kamal sethi [protected], I told them the problem, they answered the same, "sir it will take how much time, we dont know. He said whether part is available or not, we dont know". If they answer like this, how can a customer think of being a part of lloyd in future. I purchase your company's washing machine last month, I have problem and I complain about it. Your company Gujarat area manager Prayag Thakar and zone manager Kingal Maheta both not give me proper answer and service till I can not get solution of my prb.
