Lloyd — Worst customer service | |||
I am from Dwarka, New delhi. Last year, on 23rd April, 2014 I purchased a 1.5 ton Split AC from Lloyd which was installed in 2-3 days. After 3 months o[censored]se, its gas leaked somehow due to incorrect installation of the Lloyd personell. I called up the customer service atleast 50 times and finally the gas was refilled and the leak rectified after a week of shouting at them. This year in 2015, when in April, again I called LLoyd people for Ac service before starting it up as summer was approaching, the person came after 3 days of constant calling and said that service was done, however, the AC was not cooling as the gas had leaked again. It will take 2-3 days more. (The AC was still in warranty). Nobody turned up even after repeated calling for a week. The reason they used to give is, this particular service engineer hasnt got ur contract, it will be dealt up with some other person, then they gave me the other person's number, then on repeated calling, they came after a week, and said that the valve which connected the inner and outer unit was at fault, which will need replacement. It will take 2-3 days more to issue it although they didnt even check it properly and the two units together. Finally I decided that it was pure harrasment as I had to sleep every night in fan (which was like a torture !!!) I went out in the market and got it done after paying 3500 for connection correction, valve and all and gas filling from private company (though AC still in warranty) LLoyd gives the worst customer service and their enguineers are all a big fraud...I request everyone not to buy their cheap products otherwise you will suffer later...
