Lloyds Finance Ltd. — My fixed deposit amount not returned by Lloyds Finance Ltd after maturity date

My name is Mrs. Silloo Lala. I am a 79 years old woman. My son Mr. Freddy Lala had invested Rs. 10, 000/- as fixed deposit in Lloyds Finance Ltd on 27/02/1996. My fixed deposit number is [protected]/1. Fixed deposit got matured on 14/02/1999. Main holder of fixed deposit is my above mentioned son & I am the joint holder. We got Rs. 6, 000/- on 22/01/2000 from Lloyds Finance Ltd but till date we did not got remaining Rs. 4000/- My son had expired on 10/06/2008. I am poor. I need money for my cataract surgery.
