Lma Loadshare — refusal to deliver and return without request

I ordered one mobile fliocover from flipkart on 25th march 2019 with oder number od[protected]. Lma loadshare agent refused to deliver my item with irrelevant reasons like faulty bike or distant address, whereas earlier ekart agents used to deliver at my address. Ekart logistics is fmpc[protected]. Seller is mysonssalescorp. Delivered at lma logistics dibrugarh on 29th march 2019 but they refused to visit my address. This is gross negligence on part of delivery services and flipkart to work with such agencies. On 31st march 2019, seller cancelled delivery without my request and started process to return the item for which i got one message and email.
