I purchase saree from meesho which I already paid online and didn't received my order and they already sent me a message that my order has been delivered...

I ordered one mobile fliocover from flipkart on 25th march 2019 with oder number od[protected]. Lma loadshare agent refused to deliver my item with irrelevant reasons like faulty bike or distant address, whereas earlier ekart agents used to deliver at my address. Ekart logistics is fmpc[protected]. Seller is mysonssalescorp. Delivered at lma logistics dibrugarh on 29th march 2019 but they refused to visit my address. This is gross negligence...
