Loanfront — not considered my payment

I made payment before 4 days from due date through mobikwik payment gateway. It was successfully received by capfront technologies private limited. But the app still shows due amount. There is no update in the app. I call loanfront customer service they won't response me. Also mail them but automation reply with same message all time. I received remind calls and and messages daily after i paid. Where is my money, what to i do

Loanfront very very Bad financial company customer care customer executive collection department not good speech collection department also speak to bad words only loan repayment times...what doing loanfront head office??
