Locality — Local dogs disturbs at night

I am a resident of madhyamgram Badu road Kanchantala Lankapara Kolkata 700128, every evening in our locality the street dogs barks continuously without any cause, also they barks when someone passes by with rush or jumps a bumper suddenly or their vehicles falls in a gadda, they just an opportunity to bark with no reason, and it has become so much irritating specially at night, it's too much disturbing now, so please send some dog catching team as soon as possible to solve this regular issue
