Locality — Water wastage

Dear sir,

I am a resident of badi bhamori Indore Madhya Pradesh my house number is 278 near sharddha tent house. In my neighborhood i see everyday water is being wasted due to overflowing overhead tank. I contacted the owners of the flats to inform him about the issue of wastage of water, but still the problem persists.
