Locality — Local dogs irritates at night

I am a resident of Madhyamgram, Badu road, Kanchantala, Lankapara, Kolkata-700128, every evening in our locality the street dogs barks continuously without any cause, also they barks when someone passes by with rush by their vehicles or jumps a bumper suddenly or their vehicles falls in a gadda, they just need an opportunity to bark with no reason, and it has become so much irritating specially at night, it's too much disturbing now and also become a regular issue, so please send some dog catching team as soon as possible to solve this regular issue
