Locality — Too many stray dogs in locality lately

Sir, I'm a resident of Maddi Wali Gali No. 8, Vishnu Garden, New Delhi - 18. Lately, there're a huge increase in numbers of stray dogs not just in whole vishnu garden but neighbouring localities like tilak nagar, sham nagar & chand nagar. My parents have been attacked by some on their way from tilak nagar to vishnu garden, and that too at just 8:30pm which is not that late. No one can cross through our street on a bike without being chased by dogs too. I know I'm mentioning multiple localities which wouldn't be easy for you but please try to resolve this as it's really dangerous for everyone to travel at nights considering someone comes late from their job or something.
