Locanto — Amount paid through phone pay in personal service but service not given

Sir I have seen as in locanto personal service advataised MITHA 24 and contacted the girl of no [protected] in that ad. She agreed to give personal service for One hour and told me to pay 500 as advance and remaining 1000 as cash given after service. I also agreed for this and paid 500 rs as advance in phone pay. Then she send me the location pebbals complex basaveshwara nagara shimoga. I erached the location and called her. Then she ask to pay 1000 rs. That 1000 rs also ipaid in pone pay. Then she ask me pay1350 as room rent. I have paid 1350 rs also. But service not given me. I have paid totally 2850rs. Service not given to me. I want the amount back to my account. The amount all the 3 time paid to NAGARAJA N of mobile no [protected]. These two persons are cheated me they ask 2000 more for the service but I am not ready to pay. Pls help me to refund the amount 2850 by these two.
