Dear Sir,
With due respect I Sri Bighna Bhanja beg to retrieve me from a great financial tragedy as described below.
Description of Incident happening:
On the day 30th October 2022 at 10.00AM I was mentally disturbed because of some family issues and during net surfing I went through a whatsapp conversation with phone no: +[protected] for a long drive with a unknown call girl. Then he asked me about the duration of time. I confirmed him for 1 hour and he confirmed me the amount of Rs.2000/- for 1 hour. He asked me booking amount Rs.550/-. Then he shared a screen shot of QR Code for payment of booking amount. I paid Rs.500/- as booking amount through that QR Code (Name : Chaudhari Jigar Kishanlal, UPI ID: [protected]@paytm, Paytm: [protected]). He shared me a location (Hotel Ratna Residency, Bus Stand, Bisra Chowk New, Rourkela) and asked me to reach outside the hotel and call. I Called him reaching outside the hotel & he told me to clear the rest Rs1500/- to pick up the girl. Then I paid the amount to the same QR Code.
Again he asked me to transfer refundable Rs.7500/ as Security Deposit and take the service. After paying Rs7500/- a update from Oklute network received from another whatsapp as on Sl.No-2. Sl.No 1 asked to share the update received from Oklute whatsapp and I shared the same to Sl.No.1.
In the mean time I raised some doubt on the person and I asked him share his ID Card. Also he shared his PAN CARD and Aadhar Card in the name of NITIN KUMAR SINGH.
Again he told me on call to deposit another refundable Rs7500/ as security Deposit for the madam and take the service. I did so on the same QR Code(Name : Chaudhari Jigar Kishanlal, UPI ID: [protected]@paytm, Paytm: [protected]).
Then he asked me to pay another refundable Rs10500/- in the name of ACTIVATION CODE and take the service. Again I pay the same through QR Code(Name : Chaudhari Jigar Kishanlal, UPI ID: [protected]@paytm, Paytm: [protected]).At this time he shared Payment receipt of Locanto(Priya Escort, Rourkela, Bisra Chowk [protected]@gmail.com, +[protected], Truecaller information: X-Karnataka Bank) in which total refundable amounted to Rs36000/ after the service to convince me. At this moment I refused to take the service and request him to refund the total paid amount. Now he told me that after completing the whole process only you can get the total refundable amount . (i.e. Rs 36000/-).
Finally he told me after paying the same amount refundable Rs10500/ ACTIVATION Code in the name of Madam and refund Rs36000/ will be done. I paid the same amount Rs10, 500/ again through QR Code(Name : Chaudhari Jigar Kishanlal, UPI ID: [protected]@paytm, Paytm: [protected]) and asked for refundable amount Rs36000/- .
Again another Oklute update came where he demand Rs.6500/ in name of police Verification, then I felt that it is a fraud, I stopped the process and request him to refund my full paid amount. Now again and again he is asking to complete the process and take the refundable amount.
Therefore I request to investigate the matter very seriously & take necessary action against the agencies/persons involved so that further no simple persons should not face such a painic situation for which act of your action I shall be obliged to you.
