Why is my phone number blocked. Cant verify to access account

Hi,
I have tried to verify my phone number with 2 different phone numbers, both new song keeping getting an error message that the phone number has been blocked. How is even that possible since their new phone numbers? I have a lot of messages and can’t access them....
