Hi,
I am regular customer of locanto & am expecting reliable service from locanto. I have posted my add one day before & it is still showing as pending, please resolve the issue & improve the quality of service. When i am posting add it showed like it will take minutes only but minutes are gone hours are gone & day is also gone..

It is better to stop service instead of providing these kind of walk slow service. br...

Hi some has posted my phone number in locanto and i am getting calls regarding escorts late night. Kindly help to remove my phone number from the list. They have used it to take data from my facebook account as well which i had to deactivate

Please take my number out

    The locanto personal services agent called me dated: 5th may 2019 and asked for rupees: 1200 i had paid but after that they asked rupees :12000 for call verification and security i had paid it also they they asked rupees: 28000 for madam profile verification charges i didn't paid it also now they are asking 14000 more for club licence but i asked them to cancel the procedure and refund the previous money...

    A locanto ad a guy put many fake id as name of anjali. He asking to pay people on digital payment for adultcam show and sexchat. After paid he block the whatsapp account. Please remove and take legal action on related ad and person

      I am getting calls from locanto every morning for the past 2 months stating that if i am interested in personal services, when i ask them where did u get this
      Mobile no they say that it is taken from the website and u forgot to log off.

      Now the real thing is...

      1. I never created an account/posted ad on this site.
      2. I never posted my mobile no.

      Please resolve this issue as it is getting irritating or do i need to escalate this further.

        I am trying to register an account on locanto.com, but after i put my email in and press the register now button on the screen nothing happens, loads, or anything. I have tried registering on different devices but nothings working. And since i can not register i am not able to contact people about ads they posted, or post my own.             Someone called don id [protected]. I want this add removed and the number of the person who has the acc. Send to me by email im going to lay a charge at the police agains the sight and the person who posted it my number is [protected] if you can contact me please.               The desipapa.co.in called me today and asked for 1500rs i paid but after that they asked 15600rs for call verification i paid it also they they asked 27600 rs for profile verification i paid it also now they are asking 42600 more for club licence but i asked them to cancel the procedure and refund the previous money but now twhy are saying if the procedure doesn't complete we cannot give money back please help me in this situation they are not giving back money

              They ask me to give 1500rs for registration and then they asked me to pay 15600 rs for call verification. Now they are asking for 27600rs they are doing same to all and i asked them to cancel the procedure they said i have to pay 50%of money i send to them extra

              Updated by AkshanSh SaHu               I got a call on 9th may 2019 around 1215hrs it was a dating company asked me to pay 1500 for member ship i paid it then they asked me for the 15600rs for call verification they said it will be refunded but after giving money they said you have to give 27600rs more for profile verification and then your whole money will be refunded. I followed their process but after payment of 27600rs they asked me for 42600rs more for club licence i refused that i don't have money then they said you cannot stop the process in between you have to pay whole money then only you will be refunded your money. Please hepl me to get back my money they did fraud they just took money no process was going on i have all the evidence for giving money to them and their bank detail please check and let my money refunded

                  I am getting many phone calls from unknown numbers regarding dirty things. Someone has added my mobile number to locanto app and website for dirty purposes. I am getting dirty messages on whatsapp. Please remove my number from locanto app and website as soon as possible or i will file the complaint in cyber police cell. This is my permanent number please remove this as soon as possible or i have to take the action with police.

                        There are some fraud people in your website (Locanto).
                        There have stealed around 50 thousand with me by saying employment services.
                        They are not even responding properly now to my calls and messages, this is not at all the correct way by you website.
                        There are soo many people who affected by those fraud one.

                              Your mobile app as well the website is not reachable in chennai - india, due to some unknown reason
                              It's just buffering and the apps not opening

                              I am getting spam calls from online dating companies. I don't want to receive any call in my number. They are telling they got the number from locanto. My number is [protected]. I don't want to receive anymore calls from these people. I am telling them not to call everytime i receive a call. But still they are calling every working day.
