My name is wasim kazi and i am staying in mumbai. A person has added an ad with ad id: [protected] along with my name, mobile number ([protected]) and my facebook profile on locanto on 20/05/2019. I came to know this through a common friend. I have not shared anything with this advertiser. Please remove this advertisement along with my mobile number immediately as well as any future ads from this advertiser if shared through my name and mobile number.

I think my number is misused on locanto site for creating a fake ad.
Getting unsolicited calls on my phone from locanto.
Though i cannot find the ad on the locanto site but for sure a fake ad is created using my phone number due to which i am getting so many calls. Kindly do the needful and let me know if you need any details from my side. Please help me in this regard.

The locanto personal services agent called me dated: 5th may 2019 and asked for rupees: 10000 i had paid but after that they asked rupees :10000 for call verification and security i had paid it also they they asked rupees: 35000 for madam profile verification charges i didn't paid it also now they are asking 14000 more for club licence but i asked them to cancel the procedure and refund the previous money but now they are saying if the procedure doesn't complete we cannot give money back.
Kindly request please help me in this situation they are not giving...

A girl tooked 54000 from me for providing jobs and faruded by showing gst, promotion etc fees, I want my money back, all amount they told to transfer in bishnu mijar Ac they told to pay some when I told them to refund they says pay tax pay company etc to get refunded, I did but they keep on demanding new things plz help, I have taken loans from friends and family members to get job, otherwise I will die if I don't get money

The locanto personal services agent called me dated: 16th may 2019 and asked for rupees: 1060 i had paid but after that they asked rupees :9800 for three profiles I had paid 2 times 9800 rs at the same day one transaction is pending then next day I paid 9800 again then they said due to late amount is rejected you have to pay another 9800 and I asked to refund my money but they said after service only money refund and you to pay 9800 them I had paid after that they said due to delay and holding the customer they said again asked 18800 and I had paid after the transaction they are not lifting the calls and not responding to massage I asked please refund the previous money but now they are saying if the procedure doesn't complete we cannot give money back.i have done 69860 rs.
Kindly request please help me in this situation they are not giving back money. Please refund money back... immediately close my account in locanto and give me the acknowledgement of the cancel

The locanto personal services agent called me dated: 17th may 2019 and asked for rupees: 1500 i had paid but after that they asked rupees :20000 but i asked them to cancel the procedure and refund the previous money but now they are saying if the procedure doesn't complete we cannot give money back.

My name is monique morrison i complained about this over 6 months ago but seems it’s been ignored... Someone has made a locanto account with my facebook profile picture an name the add is under the personals and is of a sexual nature that is extremely degrading and i want it removed immediately we have taken legal advise on this and as you have been asked months ago to remove and you haven’t we are prepared to go down this party. I am regular customer of locanto & am expecting reliable service from locanto. I have posted my add one day before & it is still showing as pending, please resolve the issue & improve the quality of service. When i am posting add it showed like it will take minutes only but minutes are gone hours are gone & day is also gone..

A locanto ad a guy put many fake id as name of anjali. He asking to pay people on digital payment for adultcam show and sexchat. After paid he block the whatsapp account. Please remove and take legal action on related ad and person

I am getting calls from locanto every morning for the past 2 months stating that if i am interested in personal services, when i ask them where did u get this
Mobile no they say that it is taken from the website and u forgot to log off.

Now the real thing is...

1. I never created an account/posted ad on this site.
2. I never posted my mobile no.

Please resolve this issue as it is getting irritating or do i need to escalate this further.

I am trying to register an account on locanto.com, but after i put my email in and press the register now button on the screen nothing happens, loads, or anything. I have tried registering on different devices but nothings working. And since i can not register i am not able to contact people about ads they posted, or post my own. Please help me fix this issue, i would appreciate it very much
