Hello Sir / Mam,
I got a msg and phone call from a lady ([protected]) from USYS SERVICES (EARN BY SURVEY) and was asked to fill some 3000 forms as data entry work. They said me that i would get an amount of 30, 000. No Deposit charges needed. thought that it'll be helpful for my expenses all. I taken and completed that 3000 forms within 10 days. I submitted and inform them. After two days I received a call (Legal - [protected]) from them. They said your QC Report is failed. So you should pay Rs.8640 as per company rules. I said Rs.5400 is earlier they mentioned.
They compromised and said to pay Rs. 5400 to quit this Company and Legal Case. So, I paid Rs. 5400/- to the sent account by them (from whatsapp [protected]). After, half an hour another person calling me and said you should pay another Rs.2528/- for legal clearance, otherwise you should face many problems. If ignore it will be very bad for you. I requested him in many ways I had no money. He is not understand and simply said just pay Rs.2528/- to come out from the legal case. Otherwise, I am submitting your file into the Court. You should come and clear your case in the court (MUMBAI Court). No other option it given to me. So, I paid again Rs.2528/- for legal clearance. I inform that person with paid proofs. He said “Ok, everything is clear … I will sent NOC certificate from the Company, No one can call you again and ask money. Your case will be clear.” He sent me a NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE (NOC) from the Company without any address or Phone number on it. And he is also mentioned “ No one can take responsibility or any kind of financial assistance nor Company, neither Officials of the said Company”. I became silent.
Is this happened, Again after 15 days a call from the same company, another person said your case is not closed legally. So, you should come to the court and do settlement. I afraid, I said everything to that person (form Legal Department). He is not hearing my words and roughly said in HINDI language come to the Court. After that, I contacted the first person in phone to whom I paid amount both times (5400 + 2528). He said, Not to worry I call them and rectify what the problem is. After 5 minutes he calling me, and said “Your file is not cleared by adding of some additional sections to your case. So, you should clear it. I can’t help you” without hearing my words he simply cut the phone”.
After 15 days i.e. today another call from them. another person asked me in HINDI to pay Rs.12550/- for legal clearance. I told him already I paid lumpsum amount (Rs. 5400 for NOC and Rs.2528 for Legal Clearance). He said you just received NOC Certificate. It is useless. You should have COMPANY AGREEMENT TERMINATING COPY. Then only you will be free. You are under 11 months agreement of Company. You are not free now. I said him “They not mentioned me earlier is this 11 months agreement. They simply said “you should completed 3000 forms in time otherwise you pay Rs. 5400/- as Company penalty charges. Just it is”. He became angry and said not to waste my time, “your case is not closed by adding some additional sections on your case. You need to come Delhi Court and settle as early as possible. And he suggest me another short route to clear the case. He said, just pay Rs. 12550/- to my account and sent your Signature in a white paper to my mail. I manage everything. I contacted the first person again, He said the same words to pay. I requested him how I pay such as huge amount (Rs. 12550/-). He said No need to worry I can manage you just pay Rs.10500 to me I clear everything for you. Do not worry. After 5 minutes HINDI person ([protected]) come to the line and said check your mail, I sent my Account Details. Make it within 1 hour Otherwise I am not responsible for your legal action against you. What’s happening here. Is they are playing a money game. How many people involved in this.
This is my problem, everytime different different persons calling me and repeated the same words and asking money. I didn’t know what to do? My AADHAR CARD with them. They said to unlink your Aadhar Card you should pay compulsory.
Please Help me, I belongs to a poor family. I can’t pay such a huge amount. Already, paid Rs. 5400 + Rs. 2528 (Rs. 7928) to them. I paid this amount borrowed from my friend.
Kindly, refund my money of Rs. 7928/- from them, and stop calling & mailing & messaging regularly from them.
