Dear sir,
Someone has added my number on this app and i'm getting disturbed messages from random people since yesterday. It is not me who has added my number. Maybe someone in a revengeful manner added it. Please remove my number from this app as soon as possible. I've never used this app and i want these messages to stop as soon as possible. Please do the needful.

I have posted my ad and i rec'd a email as ur ad is posted but in the my ads screen it is coming as pending.
I have posted 4 ads and all my ads is show as pending.
Can locanto please see this issue and resolve the same.
I have such good experience in ad posting with locanto.
But this is the first time such problem is created.
The ad as it is showing as pending, it is still not shown in the website....

There is a fake post in locanto. Someone is updated this post in locanto and the girl helself dont know about this post. I tried contacting this person based on the ad he shared. He asked for phot and id proof. Once i shared the same, now he is blackmailing me to transfer money or other wise he will spoil my image and post this information everywhere that i run this business.
He has my photo and id proof photo. I don't know what to do. He says he will destroy my reputation.

I am getting disturbing messages and calls continuously from[protected] in my mobile number [protected] from a website called locanto.
Some people are calling me and texting me they are asking me about have given any advertisment on locanto. I think someone has misused my number, that is why this is happening..

So i want to remove my mobile number which is = [protected] and ad on locanto website.
Please do the following as soon as possible.

I will be highly obiligied if you do that.

I am receiving very often anonymous calls, where my number was received from this site. I am not very sure that who had registered my number, which is not fair at all. These calls are very much irritating and disturbance during my working hours. Sometimes received at late nights also which is not acceptable. Please remove my number from the site - [protected].

My number is on locanto without my consent. Someone's posted my number on the website. I want the number removed from the website. It's been 7 days since i filed an fir as well, but of no help, since i got 8 calls and 25 messages from locanto.

Want to inform you that a fake id has been put up by any one in locanto site, in which i am not at all interested, so please i want to remove my fake ad from there as soon as possible. I have been receiving unsolicited calls from many people and on investigation and searching on google, i found that my number has been illegally registered on the website of locanto.
I am totally unaware on how my number has been registered on this website.
Please delete this message and number from locanto portal within 2 hours time.
Please remove the mobile no and messages, profile if any related to this mobile no within 2 hrs, else i will lodge complaint against locanto portal with cyber police.
This is against information security as per it act and it is highly shocking that a website is violating the law, how can the mobile no is registered without enquiry

Locanto online dating site called me approached for hi profile lady meeting and taken 930rs for registration, 27760 for profile purchase, 88300 for privacy, 135000 for profile verification, 192830 for start the service, more than 5 lakh rupees from me in 3 days again they want 3, 83, 830 rupees for id creation, i refused and said cancel my registration and refund my all amount but they r telling impossible, pls help me get my amount back, deposited account details as follows surajit dey, a/c no [protected], ifsc sbin0005368, pls help me to get back my money.

I connected on the contact no. Provided against name tanisha3034 on the site of locanto (As was known to me then) on 11.09.18, when a lady puja asked to deposit registration fees of 1015/-. Post confirming details, on 25.09.18, i deposited 1015/- in an sbi account no. Located at diamond harbour, west bengal. Post depositing the fees, another lady (Ms. Sarkar) started interacting with me from 26.09.18 and asking for fees 5000/- and then again another 5000/- for showing 2 profile photos in another sbi account located at a different location (Kasba) in west bengal. Then post 1st selection of a profile, she asked 26600/- to be deposited for privacy code. Post a conference call with the chosen profile of panchkula on 26.09.18 around 7pm, she asked to deposit another 42000/- on the pretext of a confirmation mail that too at night around 9pm, post giving some excuse or other and delaying the responses. To gain my confidence, on 26.09.18, ms. Sarkar asked my bank details for effecting the refunds deposited by then (36600/- excluding registration fees). Owing to her nice, polite and convincing responses, i got trapped. While travelling at dehradun one day later, post depositing 42000/- on 28.09.18 morning, she shared 2 profiles of dehradun. Post conference call with the chosen profile at dehradun around 2pm, she asked to deposit 49000/- on the pretext of verification call charges in the evening around 5.30pm after continuously delaying sharing the private number of the profile. Since, more than 50000/- cannot be paid on a single day through online payment, hence this service was also not organized/provided.in between, she kept on confirming convincingly that all deposits will be refunded starting with 1st service and there are mails from one vikram singh (Service in-charge, as mentioned on the mail). Once, back in station (Delhi), post hectic/persistent follow ups/discussions and i received confirmation from her and subsequently over mail from vikram singh that a discounted amount of 24500/- need to be deposited and balance was supposed to be paid post 1st service. Once, this 24500/- was deposited, she shared a delhi profile. As i had already deposited 78600/- + 1015/- (Registration fees) and sweet talking by ms. Sarkar, i thought genuine service will be provided and i will get back money deposited till then 78600/- (Excluding registration fees), i kept on persistent follow up and delaying to connect me with this delhi profile and providing her private number, she demanded depositing the balance 24500/- saying no service can be organized without same, when i refused to pay any further amount and asked for refund of all deposits amounting 103100/-. As i was told by ms. Sarkar umpteen no. Of times and over mails by vikram singh that no other deposit will be required till 1st service, this was blatant breach of trust and swindling, which i understood then. To gain my further confidence, she again took my bank details for effecting transfer of all deposits (103100/-). The conversation with ms. Sarkar for refund continued till 11.10.18, who kept on pressing for the balance 24500/- saying i have to take the service for 3 months. After 3 months all deposits will be refunded post depositing another 35000/- as cancellation charges, which i vehemently refused instantly. Post my refusal of taking any service and demand for full refund of 103100/- and demand for a mail from vikram singh stating all terms and the deadline for refund of 103100/-, she kept on giving some excuse or other on some pretext or other till 11.10.18 afternoon. Since 12.10.18, she stopped taking calls and i am yet to receive any mail from vikram singh with regards to refund of 103100/-, which the lady promised, will surely be sent by vikram singh.
If your site genuinely help the hapless consumers like me, kindly organize refund of my deposit of 103100/- swindled by the dating site, datingguru.in, excluding registration fees of 1015/- (Which the lady, ms. Sarkar, said cannot be refunded and i agreed) as quickly as possible.
Also, please suggest what need to be done from my end to catch these swindlers to prevent anyone else getting swindled.

I want my 49000 rupees amount to be refunded which is taken by locanto for showing fake service. I ask mine money to be refunded but they told me it is impossible. U have to give more 30000 rupees for the amount to be refunded when i refuse to transfer my amount. Plz resolve my problem and get my money back. I also enclose payment transaction as proof in 3 parts

This is to inform you seriuosly number i called once for service for one profile they have taken rupees 49000 from my paytm and then they start demanding more rupees 30000 then i refuse to give and wanted my rupees 49000 back. I have talk to one of this company staff of senior account department so they told me they will refund the amount 49000 only when i will pay them rupees 30000 more otherwise it is not possible. I want my amount refunded this incident took place from 10 october to 12 october 2018.

Hi my number has been misused by user id named sristi987. My number is [protected]. It has come to my observation that the above mentioned user has been continuously posting my phone number on dirty personal services ad without my consent.. I have been getting many disturbing calls and messages from people which is causing mental problems to me.. Hence i request you to delete my number and ad from locanto site as early as possible on an urgent basis..
