They have cheated me and looted my money, i don't know where should i complaint.. If you want i can share the screen shots of conversation with them.. Please don't allow these frauds in this reputed website..

Ad [protected] by user ameliavega is a fraud and is using an unauthorised contact number that does not belong to the user. Remove ad immediately as the contact details are not valid and do not belong to the user. The consumer affairs (Accc) has been contacted and has lodged and investigation.

Please remove contact details as the user is not the opener and is misleading and has provided contact details of another private individual (Myself) in this case.

My self milan from bangalore, on 21st sep 2018 i visited the site of locatno dating and got the membership paying 810, and the executive name by anisha-[protected] called and asked me to pay 21, 500 for the service and i paid. Again they asked me to pay 56, 000 for taking service and then i changed my mind for cancellation for this i again got the below e-mail from the company. And also spoke with the senior executive sanjay agarwal - [protected] and company whatsapp no - [protected]

But on the date of 4th october 2018, they gave the below mail telling that my refund is on hold if i should get the refund i should pay the amount of 89, 000 by 5th oct 2018 end of the day. With my hard situation i adjusted this and paid on the below conformation

On this conformation i deposited the cash of 89, 000 very hardly, to get all my refund from this company. As per the executive anisha conformation i should have got all this refund by 1 hour of my depositing this 89, 000 but still they are making me to wait. As my situation is very hard please help me in getting the refund of all my deposited amount by today.

The ad that i posted is still in pending state. Please resolve this issue.
The ad was posted in personals.
I had posted an ad yesterday and tried to update the post 2-3 time by editing. The ad still not get active.

When checked after 6 hours of editing and posting, the ad wasn’t active yet.

Deepa1113 in locanto is a cheater and more than that a racist (Check photos, mail:[protected]@gmail.com) targeting some location and specific kind of people and he is behaving very badly. He is cheating people by taking advance payments.

Why locanto supporting these type of people to use the platform? He is cheating people by taking advance payments with the help of a fake ad through locanto linking mail id. Is it creating a bad image about locanto in the mind of people and questioning the trustworthy? Why can't you bring some verification processes before allowing to post ad's?
