Hello sir, i had been scammed of rs 1, 20, 400 and i have still not got in return. It happened on 28 November 2022. I paid the whole money through upi and now i am not getting my money back

As number and pic was misused in locanto by some one.. He is keep on posting my number and photo again and again so kindly remove that add and remove that user.. I'm tired of. Getting call from someone because of this locanto platform... So kindly do remove .. If not means I will file case in high court Or supremecourt against this locanto.. Hi a person called on monday regarding service and said its cheap then he kept asking money one after the other in the name of locanto I have all proof here. But didn't give service and now for cancellation he is telling locanto is not refunding my money....
