It seems some one updated my phone number [protected] in locanto site and getting call always and it’s like sexual abuse .request to remove my contact number from locato

Someone posted fake Ad of above mentioned ID number, using my phone number and pics. I am receiving unwanted calls and messages.
Its very disturbing.

The user uses my photo without my permission and blackmails me to send him money...
He even said that he'll post more photos if I didn't transfer money to his account.
Please take necessary action as I'm having lot of problems regarding that add which I didn't post and even don't know about that app.

I am unable to complete the profile and everything it throws me back to the profile change and again after filling the details I am unable to use anything as it throws me back to the complete profile error.

This is has been for weeks and unable to use the app or website

Someone hacked into my account by changing the email address and now im am not able to log in. i just want the account deleted at this point or the email changed.

My no and photo used without my permission so plz take the action against it

The person is abusive and demand me to give them money or they will leak my details they are a hacker and know where I live from my ip address the number is [protected]

This company recently reach out to me after 2yrs.
I have been trying to receive refund from them every time we start the process they cant get it done or have an excuse.
there customer rep said they would call and never do, there is no corporate number to contact to issue a complaint to the company.
in the process of me trying to get my initial refunds the company asked for my banking information to transfer the funds. i never received the refund and over 1000 dollars was taken out of my account. they have not even gave me the 1000 + their employees stole from my account.
this has been Going on for at least 2 years. They are unreliable
And Impossible to work with. never do anything they say they are going to do And don't care about the hardships they put families through during the pandemic.

Someone posted my ad in locanto without my consent. Please remove the ad ad and take proper action against who posted my number and photo without my consent.

This Company still has not issued me A Refund it has been Going on for the Whole Pandemic, they reached out to me Back in 2020 About Refunding my Account Asked for my personal Banking information and even asked me to pay money so the Refund would go through smoothly. the customer rep would then go on to steal 1000 Dolllars out of my account on top of the 5000 the company owed me. he would call everyday harrasing me and texting me but would never get anything Done and come up with excuses as to why they cant send me the money. here we are in 2022 and i recieved a call from a random number saying they want to issue Refund saying how sorry they are and that their customers are their responsibility Ha! (it takes them 2 years to realize this?) this Manager said the old rep was fired and he is in charge now, he said he would call me later that Day to discuss. of course he never did. this decision of the company to not pay me back what i am owed has put me and my Family in even more economic strain and the company could care less. not to mention the bank fraud that occured when i gave them my Banking accounts, they seem to have no interest in keeping there word and are manipulative. DO NOT DO ANYTYPE OF BUSSINESS WITH THEM WHATSOEVER!
